Rasdex Standard Neoprene Deck

This deck is good for many different types of kayaking, and is often used by newcomers to the sport. It’s also popular with those world-class paddlers who don’t need rim protection.

• Deck section: High-density 3.5mm double-lined neoprene for durability.
• Body tube: Soft and supple 3.5mm double-lined neoprene for comfort. Seam glued and blind-stitched on both sides for extra security. Edge bound for a top quality finish.
• Cord: Tough shockcord with grab loop for easy release. We use 9.5mm cord for plastic cockpits and 8mm for fibreglass boats.

Tip: If you are generally hard on your decks, perhaps knocking them with the paddle shaft while paddling, have a look at our other decks with latex or printed rim protection as these will give you the extra durability you need above and beyond a normal deck.

You need two measurements, one around the kayak cockpit rim and length and width outside to outside, the other around you with the body tube (what size T-Shirt do you wear? XS,S,M,L,XL,XXL?) for one

To be overly sure you can measure from the outside edge to outside edge the length and width, plus the circumferance around the outside of the rim
