The Kit contains:

Hard wearing Nylon fabric pockets with adjustable straps to attach to the sides of your seat
Shaped foam, left and right sides.
4 x 10mm removable foam shims. Add or remove, for just the right amount of support.
Self-adhesive Velcro strips. These keep the pads in position, making removing, adjusting and attaching easy.
